Ideation and Brainstorming 

In this workshop participants will learn how to use different creative techniques to enhance team collaboration. The participants will explore how to break routine thinking and identify surprising opportunities for innovation.


At the end of the workshop the participants will:

a) acquire transferable skills and learn how to use different brainstorming techniques.

b) gain new insights about team collaboration.

c) Develop cognitive abilities and creative thinking.


Trend Mapping 

In this workshop the participants will explore social and market trends, through a guided collaborative session. The participants will use systematic approach of visualising the future, to respond to changes in customer/audience/user behaviour. They will create a comprehensive mapping of possibilities for product innovation and market insight.

At the end of the workshop the participants will:

a) develop intuition and strategies of trends mapping.

b) draw a map of the key social trends, to have a more informed view of the future.

c) understand the possibilities and limitations of trends mapping in a particular market context.   


Idea Prototyping

The objective of this workshop is to help participants test their ideas very quickly, in order to improve them during the development process. Utilising the method of Lego Serious Play, the participants will visualise and prototype their narrative and create a shared story that resonates with all team members.


At the end of the workshop the participants will:

a) create mock-ups of their ideas, through “thinking by doing” process.

b) be able to improve their ideas, before spending lots of money on trying to create the “perfect” product.

c) understand better their customer/audience and empathy with their needs.
